Aromatherapy
One session is held each week on Thursday mornings between 10:00am & Noon.
Each session is administered by qualified a Aromatherapist who provides gentle massage to the body using aromatic oils in a relaxed setting, which helps people to relax. The Thursday morning session is run by and Lesley.
Aromatherapy massage can release knotted muscles which cause pain. Scientists have discovered how different scents effect the brain, lavender for instance helps people to relax whilst jasmine makes you more alert.
The sessions are open to both men and women.

Reflexology
Please Note: The information on this session is about to updated. Until the new information appears, please use the following details only as guidance, and contact the centre for the latest position regarding this activity.
This session is held on a Monday morning between 10:00am & Noon.
The idea behind reflexology is that the whole body is represented in the foot, so pressing a certain part of the sole has an effect on the corresponding part of the body.
Reflexologists say they find a crunchy feel, like grains under their fingers while massaging the foot. So, if there's something wrong with the part of the body which that point on the foot represents, they press harder to break it down and in this way they can safely tackle spinal injuries or internal organs.
The sessions are open to both men and women.
If you wish to make an appointment, please ring 0191-2592282 and ask to speak to Christine or Brenda, or leave your telephone number and we will contact you.
